About Us

Donielle is the Founder and CEO of RUNWITHMETOFASHION LLC, a Fitness and Wellness business and The Glow Up Life Coaching LLC, a life coaching company focusing on helping you become a better a version of yourself.

Donielle is a Certified Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, RRCA Certified Run Coach, Author and Self Publisher, Educator, and world-renowned Marathoner whose focus is Women's Empowerment and Wellness and Fitness.

Donielle also co-owns and operates a local family-owned business as a third generation entrepreneur. 

Donielle is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She received her Masters of Arts in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from the University of Phoenix in 2011, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Donielle taught English as a Second Language at Central Piedmont Community College for 12 years.

Donielle is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. 

Donielle is the Author and Publisher of:

Donielle is the founder of her very own “Health Is Wealth” Women’s Empowerment Expo (June 2021), organized her inaugural RUNWITHMETOFASHION 5K (July 2021), and is the designer of her very own Fitness Apparel. 

Donielle has also had the opportunity to speak on numerous panels advocating for Health and Wellness.

Donielle was featured in the Afro Wellness Magazine (Fall 2021 Edition) and (Summer 2023 Edition) spotlighting her Wellness and Fitness based business, RUNWITHMETOFASHION LLC and her Life Coaching business, The Glow Up! 

Donielle was also featured in Mid-Strike Running Magazine (April 2022). 

Donielle has spoken before numerous audiences to include her appearance on Ageless Conversations Podcast, Panelist for the Re-Launch Pad, Panelist/ Judge for the Annual Oratorical Scholarship sponsored by the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporates, and more. 

Donielle had the opportunity to travel abroad to Stuttgart, Germany to speak before a group of ladies, sharing her personal salvation story of "Overcoming."

Donielle is excited to Co-Host the Annual "Beauty, Brains, and Business Brunch (2023)" in Charlotte, NC where she formerly spoke before an audience about her Wellness and Fitness journey in 2021. 

Donielle's community involvement includes co-hosting a "Back to School" Bookbag drive serving over 150 children. Donielle also served as the spokesperson for City Council Woman-At-Large, Dimple Ajmira.

Donielle resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her three children.
